Our hemp-derived products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill, which federally legalized hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoids containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. All products are third-party lab tested to ensure compliance. Indiana state law aligns with the Farm Bill, allowing the sale and on-site consumption of compliant hemp products. We operate under strict adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Yes, we offer a BYOD (Bring Your Own Dab) option with a rig rental fee. However, your material must be legal hemp-derived concentrate with proper documentation. Please speak with staff on arrival — we’ll verify legality before proceeding. We cannot allow any material that falls outside Farm Bill compliance.
No. Due to regulatory requirements, we can only allow hemp flower (biomass) purchased on-site to be consumed in our lounge. We do not permit outside flower of any kind, including personal cannabis flower. This policy is strictly enforced as part of our compliance obligations.
We use the term “biomass” because of federal and state regulatory distinctions. Under the Farm Bill, cannabis flower with more than 0.3% delta-9 THC is classified as marijuana (Schedule I) and cannot be sold in a non-dispensary setting. Our hemp flower is classified as biomass — a legal agricultural commodity under the Farm Bill — which allows us to sell and serve it in our consumption lounge. The distinction is regulatory, not a reflection of quality.
THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is the non-psychoactive precursor to delta-9 THC that occurs naturally in raw hemp and cannabis. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, the legal definition of hemp is based on delta-9 THC content (≤0.3% by dry weight). THCA is not delta-9 THC, so THCA-rich hemp flower falls within Farm Bill compliance standards. When heated (smoked or vaporized), THCA decarboxylates into delta-9 THC, which is why the products produce psychoactive effects despite being Farm Bill compliant. This is a well-established legal framework that allows compliant hemp products to be sold in the mainstream market.
